Discover the Secret College Campus of Bill Gates in the Pacific Northwest

Bill Gates is known for his philanthropic work, technological innovations and business acumen. However, not many people know that he also has a private college campus located in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States.
The campus was initially built to house Corbis Corporation, an image licensing company founded by Gates in 1989. After Corbis ceased operations in 2016, the campus was repurposed into a multi-use facility with offices, event spaces and educational facilities.
The 228-acre campus is located in Medina, Washington and features a mix of modern architecture with natural surroundings. The buildings are designed to blend seamlessly with the surrounding landscape which includes trees, ponds and gardens.
One of the most notable structures on the campus is an underground parking garage that can accommodate up to 1,500 cars. The garage also features a green roof which serves as additional outdoor space for employees to use during breaks or events.
Another feature of the Bill Gates college campus is its state-of-the-art conference center which can hold up to 200 guests at once. It’s equipped with high-tech audiovisual equipment including screens that can display images from multiple sources simultaneously.
In addition to office spaces and conference rooms, there are also several large classrooms on site where students attend classes taught by professors from nearby universities such as University of Washington and Seattle University. These courses cover various topics ranging from computer science to entrepreneurship.
Outside of academic pursuits, there are plenty of recreational opportunities available on campus. Employees have access to sports fields for soccer or softball games as well as hiking trails through wooded areas surrounding the buildings.
Despite being primarily used for private purposes now, Bill Gates’ college campus remains an impressive example of innovative design combined with sustainable living practices. As urban explorers seek out new places to explore around Seattle they should definitely consider adding this unique location to their list!
