Kim Kardashian is a well-known American reality television personality, socialite, actress, businesswoman, and model. She is best known for her role in the reality show Keeping Up with the Kardashians alongside her family members. However, she has also made a name for herself as an entrepreneur.
Born on October 21st, 1980 in Los Angeles California, Kim Kardashian West was raised by her mother Kris Jenner and father Robert Kardashian. Her father was a prominent lawyer who represented O.J Simpson in his infamous murder trial. Kim has three siblings – Kourtney, Khloé and Rob.
In 2007, Kim became famous after starring in the E! reality television series Keeping Up with the Kardashians which followed her family’s personal lives. The show aired its final season in June of 2021 after running for over fourteen years and twenty seasons.
Apart from being a TV personality, Kim has also ventured into entrepreneurship. In 2014 she launched her mobile app “Kim Kardashian: Hollywood” which became an instant hit among fans worldwide. The game generated $1.6 million within its first five days of release alone!
In addition to this success story came several other businesses including KKW Beauty (a cosmetics line), Skims (lingerie line), Kids Supply (children’s clothing), Kimoji (an app featuring emojis inspired by Kardashian), among others.
Kim also uses her platform to advocate for prison reform through lobbying efforts that resulted in President Donald Trump granting clemency to Alice Marie Johnson who had been serving life imprisonment without parole for non-violent offenses since 1996.
Despite all these successes and achievements however there have been some controversies surrounding Kim’s career such as accusations of appropriating black culture and insensitivity towards mental health issues.
Despite these challenges though she continues to inspire millions around the world with her hard work ethic determination creativity fashion sense and of course her family values.
In conclusion, Kim Kardashian has come a long way from being a reality TV star to an entrepreneur. Her success story is one that inspires many people to chase their dreams and work hard towards achieving them. Although there have been controversies surrounding her career, she continues to push through with grace and humility while advocating for positive change in society.
